Seller Book
When you register: your name, business name, GSTIN (and the details derived from it), email, mobile number and address. When you use the service: the orders, costs, stock, expenses, payment files and labels you upload, and a log of actions in your account (who did what and when).
Only to run Seller Book for you: to show your reports, send verification and password codes, give support and keep your account safe. We do not sell your data and we do not show one seller's data to another seller.
You, the staff logins you create (only the tools you allow) and the Seller Book administrators when they support your account. Data is kept on our own server; passwords are stored in a scrambled form that cannot be read back.
Each seller's data is kept separately, login attempts are limited and the server is backed up daily.
You can ask us to correct, export or delete your data and account at any time. Some records (like GST reports you filed) you may need to keep yourself for the period the law requires.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to remember your language and filters.
